Job Summary

This role involves understanding customer needs, building strong relationships, and closing sales through outbound calls, emails, and other virtual communication channels. Inside Sales Associates play a crucial role in meeting sales targets, generating leads, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.   

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate leads for GRC services.
  • Qualify prospects, identify business needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
  • Provide exceptional pre-sales support and guide potential clients on GRC service offerings.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development in a service-based company.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and sales progress.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with GRC solutions or IT services is a plus.
