Job Summary

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to guide decision-making.
  • Represent ProBuddy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of sales performance.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS or GRC solutions and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
