Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in GRC, IT Risk, IT Resilience (ITR), Operational Risk Management (ORM), and Compliance. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency and compliance for our clients.
Job roles and responsibilities
- ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on GRC, IT Risk, and Compliance modules.
- Integration: Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Process Automation: Automate workflows to optimize GRC and ORM processes.
- System Configuration: Manage configurations, scripts, and updates for the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs.
- Compliance Management: Implement solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects successfully.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, workflows, and processes.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed ServiceNow solutions.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong knowledge of GRC, IT Risk, IT Resilience (ITR), ORM, and Compliance.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules like GRC, ITSM, and related workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting (e.g., Glide API).
- Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs and SOAP.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
